names of the chapters. However, it will be much easier if you break the 
process down into stages. This is the main rule of fast and effective 
learning that you need to remember.

seven steps that will help you master any skill:
Collect information
Before you learn any information, you need to collect it first - 
look through all existing materials, pick those that are most 
useful to you. Next, categorize topics or blocks of information 
by their importance; this will help you decide where and when 
to start.
Take notes
Many people believe this is a boring and pointless activity, but 
they are wrong. Taking notes, especially by hand, you remem-
ber the information better, so you should take notes whenever 
you can. Always write them down as soon as you feel the need 
to do so. Do not wait until the end of the article or after moving 
to the next one.
Get a set of markers — color- coding facilitates brain function 
when you need to quickly find some information or learn it. 
Colors allow you to assign a specific context to words or parts 
of the text. For example, you can use red to underline the most 
important information, blue for names of people and organi-
zations, and yellow for cool ideas that you can use. If you come 
across a word you don’t know, be sure to write down its mean-
ing. Also, start a separate folder to store the materials that you 
have already studied. This way, you will be able to look up infor-
mation if you ever need to refresh your knowledge.
