Work out why you are nervous

Try to understand your fear, and where it is coming from. This is a good first step. You may have been

told all your life that English is a necessary skill for work, and you will be judged by how well you

do, and your whole future career and life depends on it. Not surprisingly, many students start to get

very nervous about speaking English, when the consequences are made to be so dramatic. Is this your
