THE ANALYSIS OF HYDRAULIC FRACTURING OF 

OIL LAYERS WITH THE ABNORMAL RESERVOIR 

PRESSURE

The report is devoted to the analysis of operations of the

hydraulic  fracturing  of  reservoirs  (HFR)  with  the  abnormal 

reservoir pressures. 

The analysis of new approaches to selection of wells for 

carrying  out  HFR  operations  for  deposits  with  anomalously 

low (ALRP) and high reservoir pressure (AHRP) . 

In  layers  with  ANRP,  at  reservoir  pressure  ˂  saturation 

pressure,  comes  gassing  from  oil  and  the  effectiveness  ratio 

(Kef) on oil decreases, creating conditions for formation of an 

impenetrable barrier around a well zone. 

According  to  the  conducted  researches  it  is  offered  to 

practice application of foamy and nitric HFR. Their application 

allows  to  increase:  a  conductivity,  fast  processing  of  the  well, 

thanks to energy of the injected substances, and high of a crack 

in t height because  nitrogen has high compressibility.  

Also use of the liquefied carbonic acid and CO2 with N2 

additive is recommended. As CO2 is removed in gaseous state. 

It has the following advantages: the carrying out of liquid of a 

gap accelerates, prevents, a blockage of cracks of the liquid of 

a  gap  and  prevents  deterioration  in  a  permeability  coefficient 

about  a  crack,  Pc  and  wettability  of  rocks.  Owing  to  the  fact 

that viscosity of liquid of a gap low therefore, rates of injection 

will be high. Also use of the nitrated and foamy liquids allows 

to carry out washing without loss of liquid circulation. 

Proceeding  from  economic  and  practical  reasons  it  was 

established  that  for  layers  with  AHRP  it  is  more  favorable  to 

practice a single-stage energy formation fracturing. In this case 

the fracturing occurs at the expense of pressure of gases which 

is formed at combustion in the well is combustible – oxidizing 

substance.
