If we talking about Temur’s personal qualities, then he is an easy-going and compassionate person because he never refuses to help his colleagues in difficult situations. Besides, we usually feel ourselves so exhausted after hard workday and then he always organizes some interesting activities likewise playing table tennis or going to swimming pool. Analyzing above-mentioned pluses of Temur, these qualities reserves as an important indicator for leadership outlook.
