To the staff 

a)

 

To  be  responsible  to  the  Head  for  providing  relevant  and  timely  support  for  teaching  and 

support staff. 

b)

 

To  work  with  other  administrative  staff  to  maintain  effective  communication  systems 

between the various offices. 

c)

 

To improve educational awareness, by attending and supporting staff training sessions. 

d)

 

To  read  school  policy  documents,  schemes  of  work  and  curriculum  plans;  attend  relevant 

meetings. 

 

3.

 

To the school and wider community 

a)

 

To  ensure  good  communication  links  into  and  out  of  the  school,  thus  promoting  good 

relationships with both routine and extraordinary events. 

b)

 

To undertake routine and exceptional duties as required.

The  post  holder  will  be  expected  to  carry  out  such  other  duties  as  reasonably  correspond  to  the 

general character of the post and are commensurate with its level of responsibility.
