15. Natural color enhancer 
If the microorganisms break down material
that contains a large quantity of iodine (I),
then you can make natural color enhancers.
Most types of seaweeds are good; kelp is
particularly effective. Kelp produces pecu-
liar white bubbles and stickiness during the
making but they will disappear later. If it is dried kelp, add water 10 times its
weight; when fresh, ill half the container with kelp, then add water to ill it up. Add
a handful of leaf mold. Purslane is also good for enhancing fruit color.
