INTRODUCTION 
In the Republic of Uzbekistan today, the upbringing of the younger generation as a harmoniously 
developed person is promoted as one of the priorities of state policy.  In his Address to the Oliy 
Majlis, published on January 24, 2020, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan addressed the 
issue of youth: ―In our society, the constant improvement of the spiritual and educational level of 
the population, especially our young people, is of paramount importance. Therefore, on the basis 
of  the  program  idea  "From  national  revival  to  national  progress",  it  is  a  very  honorable  task to 
educate young people in the spirit of devotion to the motherland, to form in them the qualities of 
initiative, devotion,  morality‖  It  is no coincidence that  in these appeals, the main task of public 
policy is to bring up students as a harmoniously developed generation that can withstand spiritual 
threats. 
The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-5847 on the approval of the 
concept of development of the higher education system until 2030 also states in the development 
concept  of  the  higher  education  system  that  "the  intellectual  potential  of  students,  raising 
thinking  and  worldview,  strengthening  ideological  immunity,  patriotism,  to  bring  up  as  a 
harmoniously developed generation  living with a sense of service to the interests of the people,
