Need to clarify which principles of restaurant more important for customer. It could be dining environment, food quality, service price. All shown in Figure 1.5.

Author gives this question to know what kind of restaurants the customers prefer and make sure for my decision. The figure shows that the consumers prefer 57 % traditional style and 43 % modern style, and owner can do mixed style then restaurant cover more customers. Figure 1.6.

This question is important one. Author asked How often do they eat in a Japanese restaurant 8% respondents once a week, 38% twice a week, 36% once a month. Author even met some people who did not know what sushi is and there is Japanese restaurants in Tashkent. Author thinks it is passive strategy of advertisement of restaurants. Figure 1.7.

The research results show that consumers tired of common foods, high demand for variety of foods.
The according to survey, observation results: under 17 aged prefer most sweet dishes(cakes), fast foods, and interesting in foreign cuisine. The 18-40 aged choose fast foods, foreign cuisine, national food and good quality, 41 or older national foods. The research and observation show high demand for foreign cuisine restaurant and it will be solution.
In the market analyzing we need to consider about not just present target market, also future target market which means young generation. In 2021 the population of Uzbekistan includes 32653,9 thousand people. Number of births equal 715.5 thousand people.
