Sister, you give soo much of yourself in behalf of the betterment of others. You are the center of worlds, many of which you may not even know.

This is for you.

Your space.

Filled with reminders to check-in with yourself, nudges to take time out for self-care, routines to help you fill your own cup and a place to document this beautiful journey.

  1. Stop. Breathe in. Breathe out. Stretch. Be intentional and in the moment.

  2. Desk essentials should include, a moisturizing hand cream and a cuticle pen.

  3. When you have a mental block at work, close your eyes and imagine your best possible self for 5 minutes, then refocus.

  4. Stay hydrated! Jazz up your daily water bottle with fresh fruit slices or herbs. Lemon and mint is always a winner.

  5. Wear the nice perfume, outfit, shoes etc. Hold nothing back, you deserve to feel amazing now.

  6. Free write. You do not have to be a pro, write down your exact feelings, goals and daydreams. It is extremely therapeutic.

  7. Move your body; working out is a great form of honoring yourself, and relieving stress.

  8. Connect with a good friend with whom you have not spent time in a while.

  9. Take some extra time in the shower to use your favorite shower gels and oils.

  10. Schedule at least one day for a technology detox. Be present, connect with your loved ones.

  11. Breathe deeply while mediating on five things for which you are grateful.

  12. Pack a picnic basket and have lunch in nature; beach, park, somewhere peaceful.

  13. Do a kindness for someone. Giving fills your cup and it makes you feel wonderful inside.

  14. If in your home office; create a warm, soothing foot bath under your desk as you type.

  15. Aromatherapy to set the mood. Uplifting scents for morning and calming scents during the evening.

  16. Your morning routine should include taking a multi-vitamin. You work hard, you need the support.

  17. Read an inspiring book. It does not matter which genre.

  18. Prioritize sleep. This is where you rejuvenate.

  19. Create a nice lo-fi playlist at your desk while you work.

  20. Begin or end your day with an entry in your gratitude journal. Write down five things here!

  21. Candle light showers or baths to end the day are very relaxing. Try it with your favorite scented candle.

  22. Join an online dance class! Incorporate fun workout time into your routine to de-stress.

  23. Listen to audio-books that make you happy! You can do this while you drive to work, cook, shower, whatever works for you.

  24. Pick a spot in your home and make it your little sanctuary. Adorn it with items that relax you like cushions, candles, plants.

  25. Learn and delve into a new hobby that relaxes and inspires you.

  26. Create experiences. An at home spa night, a movie night, an indoor picnic.

  27. De-clutter. This can lower your stress level and make you feel more at ease.

  28. Sleep in and treat yourself to a nice brunch. Enjoy the time with yourself and be intentional about unwinding.

  29. Develop a skincare routine based on your needs. If need be take time to book a consult or do a little research.

  30. Make yourself a fancy coffeehouse style coffee at home. Investing in a few of the ingredients can perk you up and make you feel indulgent on days you may be feeling down.

  31. Treat yourself to fresh flowers. Place a small but beautiful bouquet on your desk.

  32. Invest in your bed. Comfortable mattress pads and soft linens make for a wonderful night's sleep. Wake up refreshed.

  33. Curate your social media feed to show content that inspires you and makes you happy.

  34. Get dressed up for work, even if it's remote!

  35. Get a houseplant. Not only are they good for purifying the air but it is really cool to nurture plants. Therapeutic.

  36. Dance it out! Turn up your favorite tunes and have yourself a good old dance party. Release those endorphins!

  37. Every time someone compliments your write it down. Read them when you feel low.

  38. The power of NO. Set a healthy boundary where you often feel imposed upon.

  39. Power nap.

  40. Cook a nice meal for yourself while listening to an inspiring audio-book.

Self-Care Routine #1


What You'll Need
½ Cup Epsom Salts

Basin of warm water

Foot File

Favorite Scented Candle

Face Cleanser

Clay Mask of choice

Relaxing music playlist

Routine:


- Light candle.

- Cleanse face and pat dry.

- Set up warm water in basin then pour in Epsom Salts and let dissolve.

- Smooth clay mask on your face avoiding your under eye area.

- Sit in comfortable chair with your feet in the foot bath and let that clay mask work.

- After 20 minutes use your foot file and slough away dead skin from underside of feet.

- Hop into the shower, and wash off clay mask thoroughly.

- Dry skin and in between toes , moisturize your toenail cuticles with oil.

- Give yourself a foot massage with oil or moisturizer.

- Follow with your nighttime skincare routine.

- Bask in the satisfaction that you are a bit more revitalized and you did something awesome for yourself.

Routine #2


What You'll Need
Scented candle of choice

Face steamer or Bowl of hot water and a towel

Face cleanser

Bentonite clay powder

Organic apple cider vinegar with 'the mother'

Non metal bowl and mixing utensil

Mask spatula

Sheet mask of choice

Soothing under eye patches

Nighttime skin care routine

Routine:-


  • Light candle

  • Put your sheet mask and under eye patches into the freezer

  • Set up facial steamer according to its directions or pour boiling water into a bowl

  • Steam face for 1 minute.

  • Massage cleanser of choice into your skin while steaming. Lather it and work it into the skin for no less than 1 minute. Be mindful and enjoy the experience.

  • Rinse face and steam ago for thirty seconds. Pay dry with clean cloth.

  • To non metal bowl add Bentonite clay powder and apple cider vinegar.

  • Using non metal mixing utensil mix into a foamy paste.

  • Smooth over skin with dedicated foundation brush or mask spatula. Be sure to avoid your under eye area.

  • While this detoxifying mask works watch a show, listen to music or read a book. Whatever relaxes you.

  • After 10 minutes hop into the shower and wash away the clay mask.

  • Pat face dry then apply your under eye patches, then your sheet mask. Lay back and enjoy the cooling sensation and imagine your skin drinking in all that serum goodness.

  • After 15- 20 minutes follow with your regular nighttime skincare routine.

  • Smile knowing you did something awesome for yourself this evening.

Routine #3


What You'll Need
Scented Candle of your choice

Shower puff or exfoliating gloves

Body wash

Body scrub

Body oil

Body butter

Shower steamer

Relaxing playlist

Routine:-


  • Light scented candle in space safe for open flame in your bathroom. Turn your lights off for a shower by candle-light.

  • Start your relaxing playlist

  • Place your shower steamer on your shower floor out of the line of direct shower stream

  • Cleanser your body with your shower wash of choice

  • Use your body scrub intentionally. Massage into your skin to exfoliate but also promote better circulation.

  • Wash off and use your body oil of choice to semi-wet skin.

  • Massage your body butter or chosen body lotion into your skin

  • Go to bed with exfoliated and moisturized skin, knowing you did something beautiful for yourself.

What You'll Need
Relaxing music

Your wine of choice

Charcuterie board tailored to your desire

Comfortable area with soft light

Enriching book

Routine:-




  • Find an area that is most comfortable to you. This could be on your patio, in your bedroom or a nook of your house that is conducive to relaxation.

  • Set up your playlist as background music

  • Sit back and enjoy it with your charcuterie, wine and your book of choice.

  • Maybe you'll read, maybe you'll enjoy the music or maybe you just meditate on the good in your life, with good wine and food.

  • Be intentional about your unwinding. You deserve this moment.

Routine #5


What You'll Need
A rest day

Fruit salad

Exercise mat

Scented candle of choice or diffuser with invigorating essential oil scent

Morning skincare routine

Tea or coffee

Journal

Routine:-




  • Sleep in. Wake up naturally (no alarms), then relax for a bit in your bed.

  • Drink some water while you get your aromatherapy going.

  • Roll out your exercise mat and do some light stretches. Breathing deeply and feeling gratitude for your body and what it allows you to do.

  • Take a shower long with your favorite bath gel or soap bar.

  • Take your time with your morning skincare routine.

  • Treat yourself to a chilled sheet mask.

  • Put on fresh, comfortable clothing and sip your tea or coffee while writing in your gratitude journal.

Routine #6


What You'll Need
Bathtub

1 cup Epson salt

½ cup Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with 'the mother'

5 drops of Peppermint Essential Oil

5 drops of Lavender Essential Oil

Body Oil or Body Butter of choice

Relaxing music of choice

Book of choice

Routine:-


  • Fill bathtub with hot water

  • Add Epson salt, organic apple cider vinegar, and essential oils

  • Let cool slightly and add essential oils

  • When water is cool enough (but still hot) get in and enjoy your relaxing soak.

  • Listen to music, read a book or simply close your eyes and enjoy the experience.

  • Soak for 30 to 45 minutes, rinse in shower and moisturize well.

  • This routine tends to assist with sleep so it is best done in the evening. Have a wonderful night's sleep.

What You'll Need
Coconut Oil

Shampoo of choice

Conditioner of choice

Favorite Deep Treatment

Detoxifying clay mask

Facial cleanser

Scented candle of choice

Exfoliating body scrub

Routine:-


  • Warm coconut oil but putting bottle or tube in hot water for 5 minutes to allow it to heat up.

  • Comb out hair and apply warm oil to hair shaft, then cover with a plastic cap for 1 hour.

  • Light that candle and allow the scent to fill your bathroom.

  • Shampoo, condition and rinse your hair. Dab the excess water out.

  • Apply the deep treatment mask to your hair and cover it with a plastic cap.

  • Cleanse your face and apply the detoxifying clay mask to your face.

  • While your hair is soaking up that deep treatment, your face is benefiting from the goodness of your face mask.

  • Sit, relax, have a glass of wind, watch a Netflix show...whatever you feel like doing thats just for you.

  • When it's time hop into the shower and rinse your hair and the clay mask off your face.

  • Lather up your favorite body wash, then use your exfoliating body scrub. Be mindful as you massage it into your skin, knowing that you are helping with circulation and removing dead skin cells.

  • After your shower moisturize your skin and continue with your hair care routine.

Chilled Sheet Mask

Chilled Under Eye Collagen Patch

Morning Skincare

Body Oil

Lotion of choice



Routine:-


  • After your shower apply your chilled sheet mask and under eye collagen patch and relax for 15 minutes.

  • Apply your morning skincare which should include sunscreen

  • Moisturize your skin with your body lotion which can include a few drops of your body oil.

  • Sit for a few minutes sipping your tea and enjoying your aromatherapy before you get on with your day.
