40 Op-Code: Read/Write Data Buffer

Description:
The 40 Op-Code is used to: 
1. Read data from a controller using mode 3C or 2A, 
2. Save a specified number of bytes from the read 
3. Send a write data block (3B) or request device control (AE) message containing the saved bytes to the 
same or another controller.
The target device, block number/Dpid to read/write (and data rate for mode 2A) are contained in the utility file 
routine section. The routine number, number of bytes to read, offset into the read response and the offset into 
the outgoing message are determined by the action fields. The routine containing the read message data must 
be directly followed by the routine containing the outgoing message data.
