33 Op-Code: SR 33 to Request Routine Results by Local Identifier

Description: 
The 33 Op-Code will build a standard service request $33 to send to an ECU. A Service Request $33 will 
request the results (e.g. exit status information) generated by a routine which is identified by a local identifier.
A positive response code $73 indicates the routine has successfully completed execution.
