Geographical information system	GIS files and maps	CD handed over to MESP, Project computer handed over to Water Depart	ArcGIS files. A licence of Arc-GIS software has been purchased under the Incidental Budget (EAR approval).
Databases	Sql-GIS database on permit issuing	Computer of the WD, permit issuing unit	The database was designed by the project on SqL. It includes a GIS component to locate the area concerned by the permit. A useful future development would be to link this application to other databases.
	Databases for WFD	Computer of Besim DOBRUNA – WFD unit in Water Depart	The database was initially started by the Project then transferred to the WFD unit which is developing the functionalities and filling it with data. The Project assisted and controlled these efforts.
GIS data quality control	Corrected GIS files	Files of the GIS systems handed over	Different GIS files did not overlap or correspond. Corrections have been made.
Measurement data quality control	Knowledge about the data quality of measurement	A. DARROU & P. HAENER’s reports	Check of the hydrological databases. Control of rating curves.

Databases for measurement data	Monitoring database	Access database,	Well-organised database with codification which provides the tables and functionalities to share the monitoring information from different monitoring systems.
	WISKI data base In HMIK, hydrometrics	CD handover	Reinstallation and training delivered in December 2008 by Kisters Company. Hydrometrical historical data are hosted in a server in Germany free for two years, ending end of 2010. Afterwards a budget for maintenance is needed.
	Database of water quality entry in HMIK	In Kisters’ server in Aachen, access through password on the web (free of charge up to end of 2010)	Forms for recording measurements have been designed and successfully tested. The database includes functionalities to control the quality of results. The database is operational, training and user manual was provided.
