Export Patrons

To export patron information, follow these steps:

1. 
   Click on Administration in the Navigator Toolbar.
   
2. 
   Click on “Export”.
   
3. 
   Select the “Patron” tab.
   
4. 
   Select the desired parameters.
   
5. 
   Specify the file name or keep the default one (default path is the application folder, c:\program files\insignia\library).
   
6. 
   Click “OK”.
   

Export Loan Data

To export loan information, follow these steps:

1. 
   Click on Administration in the Navigator Toolbar.
   
2. 
   Click on “Export” on the Navigator Toolbar.
   
3. 
   Select the “Loan” tab.
   
4. 
   Select the desired parameters.
   
5. 
   Specify the file name or keep the default one (default path is the application folder, c:\program files\insignia\library).
   
6. 
   Click “OK”.
