Circulation Flags

   The Insignia Library System allows staff to enable or disable circulation restrictions. When the circulation restrictions are enabled, you will be prompted to enter a password. If disabled, only a warning is given before items can be checked out.

   Should the fines module be enabled?

   If the “Allow multiple Check In” box is unchecked, the user will get a message if they try to check in an item that has already been checked in.
   
4. 
   Should an item be checked out to an individual then checked out to the next user (without first being checked in) without a prompt?
