Reforms in 2017. The reforms carried out to improve the education sector have not produced the expected results. An exemplary group of 75 preschool education, strengthening the material-technical base, expansion of network of preschool educational institutions, qualified teachers, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Mirziyoev Sh.M. 30 September 2017 signed a Decree "On the radical management of preschool education". In accordance with this document, the Ministry of pre-school education was organized. The new Ministry includes the Ministry of pre-school education of Karakalpakstan, the Main Department of pre-school education of the city of Tashkent, regional departments of pre-school education and their city and district departments.
