INFORMATION LETTER

International scientific-practical forum

“Islamic civilization in Central Asia”

April 14-17, 2020 in the cities of Bukhara, Samarkand and Tashkent, the forum “Islamic civilization in Central Asia”, devoted to rich scientific and educational, cultural heritage of Uzbekistan, the contribution of great scholars and thinkers to the development of Islamic civilization, Islamic teaching and world science, is being arranged to organize. The forum will host four international conferences.

Forum organizers: IRSIKA Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Center of Islamic civilization in Uzbekistan, international Islamic academy of Uzbekistan, Imam Bukhari international scientific research center, Committee on religious affairs, Abu Rayhan Biruni institute of oriental studies

Partners: Ministry of foreign affairs, Ministry of internal affairs, Ministry of health, Ministry of higher and secondary specialized education, NAK “Uzbekistan airways”, JSC “Uzbekistan railways”, Republican center for spirituality and education, agency of information and mass communications, national television and radio company of Uzbekistan, international press club, national association of electronic mass media, Directorate for the construction, reconstruction and completion of particularly important social, cultural and historical sites, the Republican art academy, the State institution “Uzbek concert”, the Union of Craftsmen, the Creative Union “Tasviriy oyna”, Youth Union of Uzbekistan.
The following scientific conferences will be organized in the framework of the forum:

1. “Uzbekistan is the center of Islamic civilization”;

2. “Islamic enlightenment and contemporary world”;

3. “New perspectives in Uzbekistan: Islamic culture, art and history”;

4. “The contribution of Imam Bukhari to the development of hadithology.”
Conditions of participation, submission of articles and reports at the conferences:

Articles may be submitted in Uzbek, Arabic, Russian or English languages. Results of the conference will be published as a collection of scientific articles.

Articles should be submitted both in printed and electronic versions. Articles and reports from foreign participants can be submitted electronically only.

Conferences’ newsletters, announcements, news, results will be officially announced on the special pages of the forum websites www.islconference.uz, the Committee on Religious Affairs www.religions.uz, the Center for Islamic Civilization www.cisc.uz, the International Research Center Imam Bukhari www. buxoriy.uz, International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan www.iiau.uz and on the telegram page of the conference.

Article text must be in MS Office WORD 97, 2003 editor, Times New Roman font, size 14 bytes, 1.5 intervals.

The text of the article will be edited on A4 paper, leaving 2.5 sm from the top and bottom, 3 sm from the left, and 1.5 sm from the right.

The author's name, scientific degree and title (upper right corner, italicized, font size 10) in the first line, the name of the organization, position, city and country in the second line, the e-mail address with the location code in the third line should also be indicated. Moreover, 1 interval should be left and the title of the article should be capitalized. The main text will be written in 1.5 intervals rows.
