Holidays by the sea

Hello! My name is… I am a student of the second (third/fourth) grade. I want to tell you about my summer holidays. Summer is my favourite season. This year I spent my summer holidays by the sea with my parents. I swam and sunbathed a lot. I had a lot of fun and even saw dolphins. And I met a new friend. His/her name is … . He/she is my pen friend now. I liked my summer holidays very much.

Holidays in the city (in the town)

I liked my summer holidays very much.

Holidays in a summer camp

I spent these summer holidays in a summer camp «…». I liked this camp very much. The camp «…» is a very beautiful place by the sea/in the forest. I had a lot of fun with my new friends. We played different sports games, watched and took part in concerts. Also we went on excursions and visited many interesting places. I will never forget this time.

My summer holidays

In summer students don’t go to school. They have summer holidays almost three month long. I really appreciate summer time because I don’t have to wake up early. There is no home work to do and lessons to learn. I often spent my free time on Internet playing computer games. Sometimes I read interesting books. I like to meet my friends and and go with them to the park or to the cinema. Sometimes we just play football or badminton in the yard.
Every summer I go to the country to visit my grandparents. I stay there for a week or two. I love my grandparents and I really enjoy time when we together. I help them to work in the garden or to look after chickens and ducks. In the village I often go on long bike rides with my friends which I see every summer. Sometimes we go fishing or go on a hike in the forest. I like to go to the river when it is not very hot. Holidays in the country are amazing. I love my family and my friends. Summer time is a great opportunity to spent more time together.
Summer holidays are never too long for me.
