In fraternal relations, cooperation through public diplomacy and cultural exchange tools helps to build mutual understanding and trust

The research results made it possible to develop the following suggestions and recommendations:
It is desirable to expand the scope of scientific researches devoted to the study of public diplomacy in Uzbekistan, to organize educational seminars and classes of public diplomacy in the fields of history, political science, and regional studies of higher educational institutions;
it is recommended that the state establish a public fund supporting the activities of friendship societies, involve them in various republican and foreign grants, and regularly encourage society activists;
it is desirable to expand cooperative relations with compatriots, support the societies established by them, exchange mutual experience;
It is recommended to expand fraternal ties with border cities and regions of neighboring countries, to apply the "Japanese experience" of cooperation.
