IMPROVEMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN
Annotation. This article reveals the importance of the influence of digital infrastructure on the activities of the educational organization of public education of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Based on the analysis of foreign and domestic literary sources, as well as the author's research, the article proves that the influence of digital infrastructure on the activities of an enterprise has a positive effect.

The formation of the digital economy has a great influence on the construction of new economic models that will transform many areas of life and, of course, require a different approach to the competencies of specialists. A serious task has been set before the modern educational system - to prepare qualified personnel for a new economic system capable of functioning in a digital economy. Its solution is connected with advanced technologies and new formats of education.
The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. M. Mirziyoyev in his Address to the Oliy Majlis dated December 29, 2020 noted: “Science and innovation create the basis for the development of the country”1. In addition, speaking about the optimization of the activities of economic entities based on the introduction of digital technologies, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan emphasized that “by the end of next year, it is necessary to increase the number of types of public electronic services by 60, bringing them to 300, and the share of remote services to at least 60 percent"2 [2].
The development of the education system is one of the main strategic tasks in the Republic of Uzbekistan, because it is education that performs a number of socio-economic functions. It helps a person to become a full-fledged, comprehensively educated, in-demand personality, provides conditions for successful social interaction. [1].
Scientists' research shows that education is not just a way to transfer knowledge, it accumulates the cultural heritage of the nation, contributes to the empowerment of a person, forms his moral ideals [3,4]. Education is one of the conditions for economic growth, improving the material well-being of the country's population. The level of education has a significant impact on various aspects of human life: health, perception of culture and art, professional and political mobility, etc. [6] It is no coincidence that the Universal Declaration of Human Rights enshrined the right to education as one of the fundamental human rights. [7].
Great importance in the development of education in the context of digital transformation is given to digital infrastructure.
In the course of my scientific research, the digital infrastructure of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan was studied.
T he results showed that at present all information processes in the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan is carried out on the basis of a single database located on the server. All departments of the educational organization are connected to the server. In addition, there is a connection with the universities, and there is also access to the global computer network Internet. (pic. 1).
