II. Amaliy topshiriq

O'lchov vositalarining metrologik xususiyatlarini aniqlash.

Ishdan maqsad: o'lchov, sinov va nazorat to’g’risidagi ma'lumotlarini olish, qayta ishlash va taqdim etishning asosiy texnikasini o'zlashtirish qobiliyatini rivojlantirish; ishlab chiqarishdagi metrologik ta'minlashni tashkil etish.

O'lchov vositalarining asosiy merologik xususiyatlari to'g'risida nazariy ma'lumotlar

Xatolik o'lchov aniqligining asosiy ko'rsatkichidir. O’lchov vositalarining xatoliklari ifodalanish bo’yicha mutlaq (absolyut), nisbiy va keltirilgan xatoliklarga bo'linadi.



O‘lchov asbobining mutlaq xatoligi deb, asbobning ko‘rsatuvi  bilan o‘lchanayotgan kattalikning chinakam qiymati  orasidagi ayirmaga aytiladi va  bilan belgilanadi:

Mutlaq xatolik Δ ning teskari ishorasi bilan olingan qiymati tuzatma deb ataladi va  bilan belgilanadi, .



O‘lchov asbobining nisbiy xatoligi deb, o‘lchov asbobining mutlaq Δ xatoligining o‘lchanayotgan kattalikning chinakam qiymatiga bo‘lgan nisbatiga aytiladi va  bilan belgilanadi. Nisbiy xatolik foizlarda ifodalanishi mumkin:

O‘lchov asbobining keltirilgan xatoligi (γ) deb, o‘lchov asbobining mutlaq xatoligini uning me’yorlovchi  o‘lchov asbobining yuqori  va pastki  o‘lchov ko‘rsatgichlari qiymatiga bo‘lgan nisbatiga aytiladi va foizlarda ifodalanadi:

O'lchagan qiymatning o'zgarishiga qarab, xatoliklar additiv, multiplikativ va gisterezislarga bo'linadi.
