Introduction.
The most pressing issue for ginneries located in all regions and 
districts of the country is the purification of dust into the atmosphere. In the initial 
processing of cotton, there is theoretical research on the creation of a new simulation, 
i.e. a model, of dusty air purifiers from machines, the study of the composition of 
dusty air with fibrous waste. 
Theoretical study of the movement of air and fibrous waste in the dust trap 
system using the latest computer technology and software is one of the important 
tasks facing scientists of today. 
Dusty air in cotton gins is mainly cleaned using centrifugal dust collectors. It 
differs from other industries by the large amount of dust emitted from the 
technological process, the intensity of which depends significantly on the type and 
navigation of cotton, the stages of the technological process. 
At all stages of the technological process of cotton processing (picking, 
transportation, drying and cleaning, fiber separation, lintering, pressing) the dust from 
the existing technological machines and pneumatic transport system is cleaned in dust 
collectors. In the initial stages, there is a lot of dust and its concentration can be up to 
10 grams in 1m

of air. 
The main feature of dust is that the dust is a small piece of solid that is dispersed 
in air [3]. 
Dusty waste from ginneries can be disposed of using a centrifugal dust collector. 
For such a dust trap to work smoothly, it is important to consider the trajectory and 
parameters of the particles entering the dust trap and to study whether the air flow 
depends on the speed of movement.
