1. Condition and Restriction

If & unless- conditional sentences
Let’s take an example: You are talking about schools in part 1 and the last question you are asked is “Would you like to become a teacher?”

• 
  Would you like to become a teacher?
  

Hmm…. I don’t think so. If I had more patience, then perhaps I would(like to become a teacher), but there’s also salary issue. If they paid teachers more, who knows? (I would consider becoming a teacher)
Perhaps I would; Who knows- these are typical examples of Spoken English
Spoken English is never exactly the same as written English. So if you want that high band score in the speaking test, it is important that your grammar is as correct as possible but also that it sounds natural as well.

  Why do some people like to buy expensive watches?
  

If you ask me, owning an expensive watch is a kind of status symbol. It makes you look and maybe feel important.
If you ask me is not really conditional. We often use it in conversation to exchange opinions.
Part 2

  Describe a subject that you didn’t like at school but that interests you now.
  

If I had my time all over again, I would pay more attention to the literature classes. I’m sure that if I had never met my partner, I wouldn’t have become so interested in learning more about great works of literature.
If- classic second conditional, had – in the past tense; would- in the main clause.
3^rd conditional
If …….. had+ past participle, ….. would+ have + past participle.
