university skills are important and so need to be encouraged in equal
measure. So it’s organised as follows:
The benefits of having a university educated workforce
The benefits of having a workforce with practical skills
The essay fully answers the question as it discusses both skill sets. The
writer’s opinion (both must be encouraged) is supported as the benefits of
both are discussed. Clear points are made to clarify these benefits in each
body paragraph.
The writer’s opinion is also clearly set out in the thesis statement:
In my view, governments need to maintain a balance in order to keep
their country functioning smoothly.
And then summarised again in the conclusion:
When planning for their future labour force, I believe governments
should always ensure they are investing in both types of work
discussed above.
Overall it is thus a well-organised and supported essay.
