No, I don't think so. Actually the government should spend money on libraries in order to modernize these places, and attract more people. I think that it is important to have libraries in the city because people can read and learn about many things there. In addition, they are quiet places for people to relax and for students to study. They offer a good chance for people to socialize and to go out of the house, instead of staying home and watching TV. If libraries provide a nice environment, I think that more young people will go there, which will make the place more dynamic, you know, livelier.
