I work in a semiconductor crystal growing laboratory. My main interests are semiconductors with variable bandwidth, as well as the current-carrying mechanism of semiconductors. My research focuses on the problems of the photo-thermo-voltaic effect in the field of the creation of new semiconductor materials and the perfect and in-depth study of their properties. I work under the guidance of Professor Ada Yulevna Liderman. My research right now is part of that big deal. As part of the research conducted by the professor, a group of well-known scientists conducted research. Scientific articles written by my supervisor focus on an important issue that very few scientists have studied to date. Previous research on this topic shows that the problem has not yet been properly studied. And I want to contribute to that.

Men yarimo’tkazgich kristallar o’stirish laboratoriyasida ishlayman. Mening asosiy qiziqishlarim taqiqlangan zona kengligi o’zgaradigan yarimo’tkazgichlar, shu bilan birga yarimo’tkazgichlarning tok o’tish (tashish) mexanizmi sohasiga tegishli. Mening ilmiy izlanishlarim yangi yarimo’tkazgich materiallarni yaratish va xususyatlarini mukammal va chuqur o’rganish sohasidagi foto-termo-voltaik effekti muammolari bilan shug’ullanadi. Men professor Ada Yulevna Liderman rahbarligida ishlayman. Hozir olib borayotgan izlanishlarim bu katta ishlarning bir qismidir. Professor tomonidan olib borilgan ilmiy tadqiqotlar doirasida bir guruh mashhur olimlar ilmiy tadqiqotlar olib borishgan. Ilmiy rahbarim tomonidan yozilgan ilmiy maqolalar hozirgi kunga qadar juda kam olimlar tadqiqot qilgan muhim muammoga bag’ishlangan. Ushbu mavzuni oldingi tadqiqotlar shuni ko’rsatadiki, muammo hali to’g’ri o’rganilmagan. Men esa ushbu ishlarni amalga oshirishda o’z hissamni qo’shmoqchiman.
