«Do’konda» At the Shop
We go shopping every day. We buy clothes, vegetables, fruit dairy prod:
and other things. The other day my mother took me on a usual shopping round.
We went to the grocer's and greengrocer's as we had run out of sugar and
onions. At the greengrocer's there was a long queue. But we had nothing to do
but stand in the queue if we wanted to get to the counter and have some
onions. The shop-girl weighed us half a kilo of onions, we thanked her and ^
went out. Then we made our way to the grocer's where we bought a kilo of
sugar and some sausage. We were about to go home as my mother suddenly
remembered we had hardly any bread in the house. We dropped in at the^fc
baker's and bought a loaf of brown bread, some rolls and buns. On our way
home the mother decided to call at a commercial shop. She was looking for а
present to my father — as it was his birthday soon.

The topic that is given to me is «My biography». It sounds too meaningful. It means something very important. I am sorry to say that there is little to speak about my short past life. I am too young to have my own family, I am not married yet. My name is Slioliruh. My last name is Kamolov. So my full name is Shohruh Kamolov Kamolovich. I am thirteen years old. I was born on the twelfth of June. I am a pupil. I left school a month ago. I attended to the kindergarten number 313. I began to go to school at the age of six. It was five years ago. I had been studying at the same school for six years running without changing it. We had many subjects: history, English, biology and many others. I liked to study at school and my impressions of it are rather pleasant. My favorite subjects are English and informatics. On the English lessons we read and translate the text and learn new words. On the informatics lessons we write the programs, That is why, I choose English examination.
