I am writing this recommendation in support of Zilola Xaydarova who is applying for The Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement (tea) Program

I am writing this recommendation in support of Zilola Xaydarova who is applying for The Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA) Program.
I have been working with her for nearly 21 years as her coleague and supervisor. I would say that during these period that i have known Zilola, she has shown encouraging and very positive attitude. Her professional performance is very exemplary, as she is creative, open and flexible person. She is always loved and respected by the students because she makes them learning process motivational, facsinating and funny. The students are never bored in her lessons. Zilola never stops creating, her lessons varies every time and are never the same.
Zilola Xaydarova is a leader teacher who gained positive reputation in working as a teacher. She is helpful and usually assists her colleagues when they need her professional advice. She accepts critics properly. The school staff regards her as diligent, creative and bold person who seeks for adventure.As a form mistress she is devoted her students, encourages them, guides them properly. Her class is the best in the school.
Again, I can say that she is the teacher who is worth to be accepted for the program. I am sure that she will do her best for our school, for students and for colleagues if she is accepted for the TEA Program
