Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to inform you about the shortage of electricity in our living area.
I live in Sebzar living area. Electricity cuts happen every two hours in our place. We have been facing this problem since last Monday. There are many schools and colleges in our area. The students are unable to study and prepare for their exams in the evening without proper light facilities. Not only in the evening, have we faced this problem in the mornings and nights too. We are not able to sleep well in the night. As it is summer, it is already very hot all over the district. Due to the shortage of electricity we are not able to do anything properly.
Basing on my customer’s tights, I want to demand from you to replace old electricity equipment within 3 work days and make sure that we receive sufficient amount of electricity daily.
I look forward to your immediate reply and urgent actions.
Yours faithfully,
James Simpson
