Dear Sir/Madam, 
I am Mamarasulov Muzaffar, who graduated from School No. 14, as one of the top pupils in the class, 
located in Jizzakh region in Uzbekistan. I am writing to apply for Foundation year in Business Management 
at the GREENWICH UNIVERSITY. 
During my studies I have developed special interest for the finance and marketing, because I perceive 
both disciplines to be concerned with building and maintaining a business strategy that leads to success. I 
was especially fascinated with the strategies companies used to adapt to changes in consumers’ 
expectations and needs and how they maintain profitable business in rigorous environment. Therefore I 
see that advanced study on these topics presents an exciting challenge which I want to pursue in my 
future. 
Since I highly value globalization process I have always wanted career in Business Management. Due to 
this fact, but also due to the current shortage of qualified employees in international companies, I would 
like to become a professional in Business Management with a wide practical and theoretical base. 
I first learnt about GREENWICH UNIVERSITY from the education fair, held in Jizzakh, when I spoke with the 
school representatives and one full time professor who teaches in the school. In addition to that I got 
recommendation from a friend who was an exchange school in your school and recommended it as a 
perfect learning environment. 
I believe that with my work and studies I have a solid foundation, but through the Master’s program I 
hope to develop expertise in Business Management.
