Activity 5: Check Boxes 

 

Imagine you are developing a website that sells various types of watch. You want to allow customers 

to select what they want to buy with a set of check boxes, as in the figure below. 

 

 

 

Write an HTML form to achieve this (note the tabular layout). Remember that a  server-side 

script  may  be  expecting  the  prices  of  the  checked  items,  so  these  values  will  need  to  be 

transmitted for processing.
