Objectives: to discuss the sections for the class newspaper; to revise the sections o f a newspaper; to get ready for writing a newspaper PP work in groups of four. Explain that they are going to make a class newspaper. They should write a list o f the sections they want to have in the newspaper.

Activity 1 b

Objective: to practise reporting from a group efficiently Ask the first group to say what sections they want to have and write their ideas on the BB Then ask the other groups to report. Tell them only to say things they have on their list, which were not on the first group list, or things they don't think should be included.
