TUESDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2016

PANDEMONIUM: WHO’LL GET STUNG

“And in those days SHALL MEN SEEK DEATH, and shall not find it; and SHALL DESIRE TO DIE, and death shall flee from them.” (Revelation 9:6)

This dreadful description of life on earth during the tribulation refers to what takes place under the fifth trumpet and first woe.

satan will be allowed to open the abyss and demons will emerge en masse, and in hideous forms resembling locusts with tails like scorpions, capable of stinging people.

These are probably bodies they've manufactured during the past 7,000 to 10,000 years that they've been in the abyss.

They will sting UNSAVED people FOR 5 MONTHS. (Revelation 9:4-5)

They won’t be able to harm the 144,000 Israelites sealed by God or the Two Witnesses who, obviously, ARE saved but will remain on earth to carry out their respective assignments.

The pain caused by their continuous stinging WILL BE EXCRUCIATING TO THE POINT THAT THOSE STUNG BY THEM WILL WANT TO DIE (will try in vain to commit suicide) BUT, as it literally says in the Greek. "DEATH will FLEE FROM them".

They won't be able to die, even when they SEEK DEATH.  They'll have to ENDURE the horrendous torment for 5 months.

Does this mean that no one will die during the first 5 months of the tribulation?

No.

This business of "death fleeing from them" ONLY APPLIES to those stung by demons.

Death will still take place, since shortly after this judgment ONE THIRD of mankind dies. (Revelation 19:18)

We can infer from these passages that the ONE-THIRD OF MANKIND THAT DIES WILL NOT BE STUNG BY THE DEMONS:

THE OTHER TWO THIRDS, WHO REMAIN ALIVE, ARE stung by them.

The first and second woe overlap since both judgments begin within 5 days after the Church is taken up.

The first woe lasts 5 months. (Revelation 9:4-5)

The second woe lasts approximately 1,266 days. (Revelation 11:3, 7, 11-14)

The third woe comprises the unspeakably horrific 7 bowl judgments, the destruction of Mystery Babylon, and Armageddon. (Revelation 9:14-15)

It lasts about 5 days and ENDS with the Second Coming of Jesus.

CHRISTIAN ENTERTAINMENT

The Christian faith has degenerated from the on-going experience of the inner Christ and the study of His Word to “I’m religious and I’m bored: ENTERTAIN ME!”

I hate to burst anyone’s bubble but I’m not in the entertainment BUSINESS.

While the material on this website is far from boring, our goal is NOT to entertain anyone but to bring souls to Jesus, instruct, inform, motivate, offer practical solutions, and enhance our relationship with the ever-living Savior.

When someone writes an impertinent email asking for “daily prophecy updates”, I have to scratch my head and wonder WHY that individual even bothers reading these messages.

They obviously DON’T GET IT.

Apparently, they think I can snap my fingers and come up with a “prophecy update”.

WHAT, in heaven’s name, am I going to update?

I’ve already shared (and this is from the top of my head):

3. The day the Rapture takes place (not the year).

4. The day the Second Coming of Christ takes place.

8. The identity of the false prophet.

9. IRREFUTABLE BIBLICAL PROOF of who the Two Witnesses are.

10. The exact time when the war of Gog and Magog takes place.

11. The nations that take part in that war.

12. The prophetic destiny of the U.S., Russia, China, Iran, Iraq, Turkey, Libya, Syria, Jordan, Palestinian Arabs, Egypt and Israel.

In addition to these, we’ve also exposed other false teachings with regards to salvation, grace, law, giving, tithing, and so on.

Besides, “the TESTIMONY (witness) OF JESUS IS the Spirit of Prophecy “(Revelation 19:10)

This ministry is ALL about: JESUS, JESUS, JESUS, JESUS, JESUS, JESUS and JESUS.

Prophecy is FINITE.

Someday all prophecy will come to AN END. (1 Corinthians 13:8)

So, if you want prophecy “updates” – let alone ON A DAILY BASIS – ask God to give me new revelations.

I DON’T INVENT Bible prophecy, like the BOOKSELLERS.

I can only share what the Holy Spirit reveals in His written Word.

 BACKSLIDING

It happens much too frequently:

Some scared Christian wants help because he or she is "backslidden".

He or she fears "losing" their Salvation, or missing the Rapture, because of some sin(s)…

These poor people DON'T HAVE A CLUE what they're talking about, but their "Christian" religion did not hesitate for one second to heap condemnation on their heads.

Religion MADE SURE they felt GUILT for the VERY SIN(S) THAT JESUS REMOVED, DESTROYED, ERASED, FORGOT AND CLEANSED 2,000 YEARS AGO (Psalms 103:12; Hebrews 9:26,10:17).

They even borrowed an ominous sounding biblical term AND MISAPPLIED IT to make their false doctrine seem more credible: "backsliding".

It's hard to associate ANY GOOD THING with the coming tribulation, but one benefit it will bring to all mankind is that God will OBLITERATE religion - ALL religion, Christian and pagan - from the face of the earth (Daniel 11:36-37; 2 Thessalonians 2:4).

Not a moment too soon.

But isn't the term "backsliding" found in Scripture?

YES!

AND EVERY SINGLE TIME it refers to Israelites abandoning the worship of Yahweh in favor of worshiping THE IDOLS du jour like Baal or Ashtoreth.

NOT ONCE does it refer to "falling into old sins", OTHER THAN the sin of idolatry (Proverbs 1:32; Isaiah 57:5-13; Jeremiah 3:6-13; Hosea 11:2-7).

Backsliding refers EXCLUSIVELY to idolatry: To the worship of false “gods”.

So, unless you were once a believer in Jesus, forsook Jesus, and are now worshiping Buddha, Krishna, Allah or some other FALSE "deity", YOU'RE NOT BACKSLIDDEN.

And if you did "forsake" Jesus, it's because YOU NEVER KNEW HIM IN THE FIRST PLACE.

You may have HEARD ABOUT Him and acquired some form of "Christian" religion, BUT YOU NEVER EXPERIENCED HIM PERSONALLY AND INTIMATELY IN YOUR INNERMOST BEING.

Those who REALLY know Him CANNOT forsake Him anymore than He can forsake us (Deuteronomy 31:8; Hebrews 13:5).

So, the FIRST thing that I do with poor sinners who seek help for "backsliding" is GET THEM TO REPENT (change THEIR THINKING).

They're NOT backslidden at all:

They're either individuals who HAVE NEVER RECEIVED JESUS INTO THEIR HEARTS and NEED TO DO SO and have ALL THEIR SINS ERASED.

Or, they know Jesus, ARE SAVED, and simply fell into sin because of human weakness, and because they're minds haven't been renewed. That's all.

In any case, GUILT won't help them at all. It will make matters WORSE, not better.

The ONLY REMEDY for sin is Jesus.

Repeat: THE ONLY REMEDY FOR SIN is Jesus.

Make sure HE LIVES IN your heart (Ephesians 3:17).

If He does, ALL your sins (past, present, and future) are forgiven and HAVE BEEN FORGIVEN for 2,000 years.

Why you insist on feeling guilty FOR SINS THAT GOD HAS LONG FORGOTTEN is beyond my comprehension.

GUILT doesn't make anyone LESS of a sinner, IT MAKES US SIN ALL THE MORE!

If you feel badly about sinning, CONFESS that/those sin(s), receive God's forgiveness AND STAND ON IT.

Then FORGIVE YOURSELF.

MEDITATE ON GOD'S TOTAL FORGIVENESS UNTIL YOUR MIND BECOMES TOTALLY RENEWED and YOU BECOME FULLY CONVINCED AND GROUNDED ON THE MARVELOUS TRUTH that Jesus HAS REMOVED ALL SIN FOR ALL TIME (Psalm 103:12; John 1:29: Hebrews 9:26; 1 John 3:5).

As long as you carry guilt around, as long as your faith wavers every time you sin, as long as religion sells you the lie that you've fallen OUT OF FAVOR with God because you did WHATEVER, satan will have you wrapped around his little finger and will toss you to and fro like a beach ball.

He'll manipulate you and get you into a vicious cycle where you sin even more, then feel even guiltier, then sin even more, then feel more guilt, and so on.

Jesus has FOREVER set us free FROM BONDAGE to sin, to satan, to guilt, and TO HIS OWN LAW (John 8:36).

He who THE SON SETS FREE is FREE INDEED (John 8:36).

Shove ALL GUILT ASIDE and MEDITATE ON THAT.

FULFILLlNG THE LAW

"The commandments, "Do not commit adultery," "Do not murder," "Do not steal," "Do not covet," AND WHATEVER OTHER COMMANDMENT THERE MAY BE, are SUMMED UP IN THIS ONE RULE: "Love your neighbor as yourself."

LOVE (agape) DOES NO HARM TO ITS NEIGHBOR: Therefore LOVE (agape) IS THE FULFILLMENT OF THE LAW" (Romans 13:9-10).

These verses COULDN'T POSSIBLY be any clearer.

Divine Love (agape) IS the fulfillment of God's law.

There's NO OTHER WAY TO FULFILL God's law.

Repeat: THERE'S NO OTHER WAY TO fulfill God's law.

There's NO PLACE – in the entire Bible –that says that WORKS are the fulfillment of the law: NOT ONE.

Yet we have ENTIRE "Christian" DENOMINATIONS intent on "fulfilling" God's law THROUGH WORKS.

Worse, we have MILLIONS of purported "Christians" who BELIEVE THEY CAN FULFILL THE LAW THROUGH WORKS, like "good behavior", "righteous living", "10 Commandment keeping", "Sabbath keeping", and OTHER WORKS.

Matter of fact, they are COUNTING ON their alleged "obedience" and "good behavior" to get them to heaven.

Worse, many are COUNTING ON a man-made DENOMINATION, INVENTED by a mortal sinner a mere 47 years ago, 150 years ago, or 200 years ago, to get them to heaven.

Never mind that the TRUE Christian faith has been around for 2,000 YEARS!!!

Never mind that Israelites tried for 1,500 years to fulfill the law, and NEVER COULD.

If Joshua, David, Samuel, Nathan, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Daniel, OR MOSES HIMSELF, COULD NOT fulfill God's law, WHAT MAKES YOU THINK THAT YOU CAN?

The sad thing is that AS LONG AS THEY BELIEVE THEY CAN GET TO HEAVEN BASED - in whole or in part - ON THEIR OWN WORKS, or their own "merit", THEY'LL NEVER MAKE IT.

That's right: WORKS WILL NEVER FULFILL GOD'S LAW.

Works AREN'T the fulfillment of God's law.

The 10 Commandments ARE NOT the fulfillment of the Law.

ONLY Love (agape) can fulfill the God's law.

Why? Because the LAW-GIVER IS love!

God IS love (agape). (1 John 4:16)

Therefore THE ONLY FULFILLMENT OF THE LAW – IS the LAW-GIVER HIMSELF.

It's acquiring His Divine Love (God) Nature.

The fulfillment of God's law is therefore, God Himself, LOVE HIMSELF, LIVING IN US. (2 Corinthians 5:21)

That's why Jesus (God, the Personification of Divine Love) said "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but TO FULFILL THEM (Matthew 5:17).

Since Divine Love IS THE ONLY FULFILLMENT OF THE LAW, Divine Love had to come in human form TO FULFILL IT.

To fulfill something means to SATISFY IT FOR EVER!!! (Hebrews 9:12, 26; 10:14)
That’s what Jesus did on behalf of all who receive Him as God and Savior and TRUST HIM.

Those who TRY to satisfy or fulfill God's law through works WILL ALWAYS FAIL.

Those who TRY to satisfy or fulfill God's law through works are NEGATING Jesus' PERFECT, COMPLETE Work of Redemption.

They are in fact saying that Jesus FAILED IN HIS MISSION (perish the VERY thought).

That His Blood, death and Resurrection are INSUFFICIENT to save eternally.

Those who TRY to fulfill God's law through works WILL NEVER SATISFY GOD OR HIS LAW.

Those who TRY to satisfy or fulfill God's law through works WILL END UP IN Hades.

Those who try to satisfy or fulfill God's law through works ARE NOT SAVED.

MEET THE ONLY FULFILLMENT OF GOD'S LAW THERE IS.

“GREATER LOVE has no one than this: that HE LAY DOWN HIS LIFE FOR his friends.” (John 15:13)

I CAN DO ALL THINGS

Millions of Christians the world over love to quote Philippians 4:13:

“I CAN DO ALL THINGS through Christ who strengthens me.”

Many say it's their favorite verse.

Unfortunately, it’s one of the FEW Bible verses they know.

Even more unfortunately, they DON’T HAVE A CLUE what they’re saying.

CAN they really do “all things” through Christ?

Yes. The verse IS TRUE.

NO, they CANNOT.

And I know beyond ANY doubt that they CANNOT --and have THOUSANDS of emails to prove it.

For starters, the King James translation GOT IT WRONG.

The original Greek does not say “THROUGH Christ”, it says “IN Christ”.

Literally: en to endynamounti me -- “IN the One who is (continuously) STREGTHENING me”.

…That One, obviously, being the Christ.

That means that, UNLESS WE ARE “IN” Christ, we can’t do a darned thing!

We’re NOT “IN” Christ when we seek Christ OUTSIDE ourselves.

Again: We’re NOT “IN” Christ when we seek Christ OUTSIDE ourselves.

Christ IN us is our ONLY “hope of glory”.

Christ IN us is the ONLY One who STRENGTHENS US and ENABLES US to do “ALL things”.

Paul was saying that he could “do all things” because HE REMAINED SPIRITUALLY HOOKED UP WITH his INNER Christ.

We acquire that INNER Christ (the Divine Love Nature) when we are born-again of the Spirit (John 1:12; 3:5; 14:23; 2 Peter 1:4)

Unless we become CONSCIOUSLY AWARE OF Christ being IN us – ALL THE TIME – (He NEVER leaves us nor forsakes us, Deuteronomy 31:8; Hebrews 13:5) – and UNLESS we stay SPIRITUALLY CONNECTED TO HIM (therefore “IN” Him), we CAN’T DO ANYTHING!

That IS EXACTLY what Jesus taught in John chapter 15:

“REMAIN IN me, as I also REMAIN IN you. No branch CAN BEAR FRUIT by itself; it must REMAIN IN the vine.

Neither CAN YOU BEAR FRUIT UNLESS you REMAIN IN me.

“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you REMAIN IN me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; APART FROM ME YOU CAN DO NOTHING.” (John 15:4-5)

In these two verses Jesus tells us to REMAIN IN Him 5 TIMES!!!

We DO NOT “REMAIN IN” Him, when we IGNORE the inner Christ, as (most unfortunately) 95% of Christians do.

We are NOT “IN” Christ when WE ARE OBLIVIOUS to His Divine, POWERFUL and AUTHORITATIVE Presence IN us.

In these verses, Jesus also tied “fruit bearing” to REMAINING IN Him.

The MORE we REMAIN IN Him, the MORE we CAN DO – IN Him.

And the MORE we REMAIN IN Him, the MORE FRUIT we will produce for His glory.

We can quote that wonderful verse all we want.

We can call it “our favorite” all we want.

But unless we UNDERSTAND WHAT IT SAYS, unless we become AWARE of Christ IN us, and REMAIN (to the best of our human ability) CONSCIOUS of His Presence IN us, we can’t do anything, AS JESUS HIMSELF TOLD US.

If we are CONSCIOUS OF the INNER Christ, if we TRUST HIM, and RELY ON Him, we (by His grace) can do “all things”.

If we DON’T, we CAN’T.

If that marvelous Bible verse becomes NOTHING MORE THAN a nice-sounding religious cliché, NOT only CAN’T we do anything, WE ARE DECEIVING OURSELVES.

BY THEIR FRUITS

“BEWARE OF FALSE PROPHETS, WHO COME TO YOU IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

YOU SHALL KNOW THEM BY THEIR FRUITS.

Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

Even so EVERY GOOD TREE BRINGS FORTH GOOD FRUIT; BUT A CORRUPT TREE BRINGS FORTH EVIL FRUIT.

A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

Every tree THAT BRINGS NOT FORTH GOOD FRUIT IS HEWN DOWN, AND CAST INTO THE FIRE.

THEREFORE by their fruits you shall know them.” (Matthew 7:15-20)

This statement made by Jesus is regularly interpreted BY RELIGION as meaning “BY THEIR WORKS” you shall know them.

But I DON’T SEE THE WORD “WORKS” ANYWHERE in that verse, DO YOU?

TO WHAT FRUITS was Jesus referring?

To the fruit of the Spirit, of course!

“Whoever DOES NOT HAVE the Spirit of Christ IS NOT OF Christ” (Romans 8:9)

Therefore, THE EVIDENCE of our Salvation is that the fruit of the Spirit (love of the divine kind, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance) WILL MANIFEST IN US… sooner or later.

There are, however, THREE OTHER PARTS to this equation:

1) Very rarely does someone get born again today AND MANIFESTS those fruits THE NEXT DAY.

Newborn babies need to be fed and nurtured FOR A WHILE BEFORE they speak, act responsibly, discern right from wrong, etc.

Same holds true in the spirit realm.

2) Using Jesus’ tree analogy. Not all trees produce fruit at the same time.

Some trees produce fruit the same year they’re planted. Others take years, and some take OVER A DECADE.

Each tree has its “season” for fruit bearing (Psalm 1:3; Galatians 6:9)

And there are MANY FACTORS that affect fruit bearing.

I have two mango trees in my back yard.

Last year they both produced lots of mangos.

This year ONLY ONE TREE produced copiously. The other one didn’t even bud. Nor does it look sickly.

Why DID ONLY ONE tree yield mangos this year, instead of BOTH?

I don’t know.

What I do know is THAT THEY’RE STILL MANGO TREES.

The one that DIDN’T YIELD FRUIT this year HASN’T STOPPED being a mango tree.

Therefore, while fruit bearing is certainly AN INDICATOR… judgment about who is producing fruit and, therefore, WHO’S A REAL CHRISTIAN OR NOT, is largely in the eye of the beholder, and largely depends on the season.

THE ONLY ONE WHO KNOWS FOR SURE, 100% OF THE TIME, IS God.

3) I don’t care how born-again they are, NO ONE, this side of the Rapture, manifests the fruit of the Spirit ALL THE TIME.

The more we LIVE IN the Spirit (focused on the INNER Christ) the more fruit we manifest.

But since NO ONE LIVES in the inner Christ 100% of the time, NO ONE manifests the fruit of His Spirit non-stop 24/7.

We ALL miss the mark – and we miss it OFTEN.

Thank God Salvation is by Grace.

Thank God it’s NOT by what we do, by what we feel or by how we act, OR EVEN BY WHAT FRUIT WE MANIFEST (OR NOT) BUT BY WHAT HE DID.

DO WORKS PROVE SALVATION?

According to some “evangelical” HIRELINGS AND BOOKSELLERS the answer is “yes”.

According TO GOD, the answer is “NO”.

I know A LOT OF UNSAVED PEOPLE who do “good works”.

Again: I know A LOT OF UNSAVED PEOPLE who do “good works”.

In some cases, their “good works” exceed those done by most Christians.

I know UNSAVED PEOPLE who live what, by human standards, we would call “morally upright” lives.

In some cases MORE morally upright than many Christians.

And, sadly, those people are LOST, because they DON’T KNOW Christ.

They’ve NEVER INVITED Jesus into their hearts and, therefore, ALL their “good works”, ALL their “SELF righteousness” – while laudable by human standards – means NOTHING, with regards to Salvation, in God’s eyes. (Psalm 53:1; Isaiah 64:6; Romans 3:20; Galatians 2:16)

NO HUMAN DESERVES salvation:

I DON’T CARE HOW MANY “good works” they’ve done:

“For ALL HAVE SINNED and COME SHORT OF the glory of God” (Romans 3:23)

Good works DO NOT take away sin.

Jesus DOES.

Salvation is BY GRACE (an UNDESERVED GIFT) THROUGH FAITH, always has been and always will be. (Ephesians 2:8-9)

It has NOTHING to do with works.

Once more: Salvation has NOTHING to do with works.

“And if by Grace, then it is NO LONGER THROUGH WORKS: OTHERWISE GRACE IS NO MORE GRACE” (Romans 11:6)

“David says the same thing when he speaks of THE BLESSEDNESS OF the one to whom God CREDITS RIGHTEOUSNESS WITHOUT WORKS:

“Blessed are those WHOSE TRANSGRESSIONS ARE FORGIVEN, WHOSE SINS ARE COVERED. Blessed is the one WHOSE SIN THE LORD WILL NEVER COUNT AGAINST THEM.” (Psalm 32:1-2; Romans 4:6-8)

But what about James 2:24 that says: “you SEE that a man is SHOWN to be righteous BY WORKS AND NOT ONLY BY FAITH”?

James is simply saying that faith IS INVISIBLE. Faith is A SPIRITUAL FORCE. Therefore, it’s INVISIBLE to human eyes. I can’t say to you “LOOK, THIS is my faith”.

James’s ONLY point was that THE ONLY WAY OTHERS COULD “SEE” OUR INVISIBLE FAITH is by charitable works, like feeding the hungry, clothing the needy, etc.

NOWHERE does he say that WORKS DETERMINE if we’re saved or not.

Again: NOWHERE does James say that WORKS DETERMINE if we’re saved or not.

He is simply saying” “the only way you can SHOW YOUR FAITH (which is INVISIBLE) to needy brothers and sisters is by HELPING THEM WITH CHARITABLE WORKS”.

Period!

That’s ALL James said.

There isn’t ONE verse in Scripture that says WORKS DETERMINE OR DECIDE our Salvation.

NOT ONE!!!

Conversely, there are MANY, MANY Scriptures that say works play NO ROLE WHATSOEVER in Salvation. Just three examples:

John 3:16:

“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son: that WHOEVER BELIEVES ON Him should not perish but have ETERNAL LIFE”.

Romans 3:28:

“Therefore we conclude that A MAN IS JUSTIFIED BY FAITH WITHOUT THE WORKS of the law.”

Titus 3:5:

“HE SAVED US, NOT BECAUSE OF RIGHTEOUS WORKS WE HAD DONE, BUT BECAUSE OF HIS MERCY. He saved us through the washing of REBIRTH (the born-again experience) and renewal by the Holy Spirit,”
