DO JEWS NEED THE ARK?

Entire movies, books, DVD's and websites have been devoted to SPECULATING about the location of the "lost ark" of the covenant.

Indiana Jones notwithstanding, the ark may be "lost" to mankind, but it's NOT lost to God.

He knows EXACTLY where it is, since it was placed there at His behest.

One “prophecy expert” after another has stated that the Jews can't build their third temple until the Ark is found.

Are they right?

Of course not!

Jews built their second temple by 516 B.C. and IT HAD NO ARK.

Never did.

That, by the way, was the same temple Jesus later visited, preached in, and the one from which He threw out the money changers. (John 2:13-14)

He also referred to it as "MY house". (Mark 11:17)

Roman general Pompey came to Jerusalem in 63 B.C. and, after brutally murdering the temple priests, and despite being warned of the possible dire consequences of entering the Holy of Holies, he entered anyway.

(Pompey LITERALLY lost his head, sometime later in Egypt).

He was shocked to find... NOTHING:

An EMPTY room!

That's right: the Holy of Holies in the second temple was EMPTY.

There was NO ARK, nor any statue of a "deity" as Pompey expected.

Jews, of course, were forbidden in the Torah to make any "graven image" of any “deity” whether real or invented.

However, until the ark was secreted away from the First Temple by the prophet Jeremiah PRIOR TO Jerusalem’s destruction by the Babylonians, the ark had been inside the Holy of Holies.

And the ark had the figures of two cherubim facing each other with their outstretched wings touching at the back of the Mercy Seat, thus forming a Triangle, which symbolizes the Triune God or “Trinity”.

They were made at God’s explicit command. (Exodus 25:18-22)

But by 516 B.C., which is when the temple was rebuilt under the auspices of the Persian Empire (can you even imagine Iran helping Jews build their temple today and financing the whole project?), there was NO ARK.

So, this myth that the ark must be found in order for the Jews to rebuild their temple, is just that, MYTH.

Does the Ark still exist? And if so, where is it located?

The Bible doesn't say.

According to 2 Maccabees 2:1-7, the ark was hid by Jeremiah in 586 B.C., prior to Jerusalem's destruction by the Babylonians.

Jeremiah said it would be "forgotten" and its location unknown for many years until God re-gathered all Israel again, and decided to reveal its location.

There are various theories as to where it was hidden.

Possible locations of the Ark, according to Christian "experts" include Jordan, Ethiopia, Babylon, Egypt, and - this just in - Yemen.

Jews, on the other hand, KNOW that it is hidden somewhere below the Temple Mount.

They just haven’t found the precise location.

Ever since David brought the Ark to Jerusalem, Mount Moriah has been its designated dwelling place, and still is today.

So, Jews can and will build their third temple without the ark, when the Two Witnesses appear.

The Ark STILL EXISTS and its precise location won't be revealed until the Millennium.

THE FOUNDING FATHERS

Is America a Christian nation? Were all the Founding Fathers Christians?

We hear much debate pro and con.

One self-styled “historian” who regularly appears on Kristian TV, recently published a book claiming that Thomas Jefferson was a devout Christian. The book had to be recalled and TAKEN OFF THE SHELVES, since it was proven to be baseless.

This same “Christian” “historian” endorsed antichrist Mormon heretic Mitt Romney in the last presidential election.

THE LOVE OF MONEY, as I’ve told you countless times, MAKES PEOPLE SELL OUT, compromise Truth, and INVENT LIES, just as they do with Bible prophecy on a regular basis.

Jefferson was “Christian” only in the sense that he regarded Jesus as A GREAT MORAL TEACHER – NOTHING ELSE.

He didn’t see Him as God, or as only Savior.

He arrogantly regarded the Apostles as a bunch of “ignorant fishermen” (they were by world standards, and yet THEY KNEW the Truth).

He was also highly critical of the EDUCATED Apostle Paul, and went so far AS TO EDIT the New Testament, DELIBERATELY OMITTING all accounts of the supernatural, including Jesus’ many miracles.

His UNINSPIRED, MENDACIOUS “version” of the Bible still exists and is known as “the Jefferson Bible”.

Although there was no official State religion, America, in its beginning, WAS a Christian nation.

There were no Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims, Taoists, or even Jews, among its founders.

The Pilgrims who arrived in 1620 were all Christians, in fact they were Calvinists.

They came seeking religious freedom as opposed to the stifling bondage of Europe’s FORCED State religions.

The Founding Fathers (Washington, John Adams, Alexander Hamilton, John Jay, and James Madison) were all Christians.

The two exceptions were Jefferson and Franklin who were Deists.

The 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776 were all professing Christians of various denominations.

So were all the delegates and signers of the Constitution at the Constitutional Convention in 1787.

Most of them were Anglican, Presbyterian, and Congregationalists, with a few Reformed, Quakers, Lutherans and Catholics also taking part.

Therefore, while NOT ALL (like Jefferson and Franklin) were born-again, ALL believed, to one extent or another in Jesus and the God of the Bible.

Without question, the principles on which our Declaration of Independence and Constitution are based are all Judeo-Christian.

We have evolved much as a nation since America’s inception.

The past 5 decades, especially, have brought an onslaught of deviation from the godly principles on which this nation was founded.

Today, although most Americans PROFESS some form of “Christian” faith, I would have to say that we are in a post-Christian Era.

A leading secular website recently had the arrogance and disrespect to suggest that if the Republican Party wanted to entertain any hopes of winning elections, it should completely disassociate itself from Jesus Christ and the Christian faith.

Of course, one must QUESTION THE SINCERITY of that website, since it is known to be EXTREMELY LIBERAL.

I seriously doubt that they are THE LEAST BIT CONCERNED with Republicans winning elections.

And, in case they have forgotten, Republicans presently control both the House and the Senate. So, at least in that sense, they seem to be doing just fine.

This nation WAS FOUNDED BY Christians; most of whom truly loved the Lord.

And the Founding Fathers MUST BE TURNING OVER IN THEIR GRAVES to see HOW it has become politically incorrect IN THE VERY NATION THEY FOUNDED to talk about Jesus, profess faith in Jesus, stand for biblical principles, CALL GOD “the Creator” (as He is rightly called in our Declaration of Independence, but NOT IN OUR PUBLIC SCHOOLS) display Nativity Scenes, or even say “Merry Christmas”.

WE HAVE largely abandoned, and TOTALLY SECULARIZED, their guiding principles and national legacy.

However, there is still a tiny remnant of Americans WHO WON’T SELL OUT, who won’t conform to secularism or humanism, and WON’T COMPROMISE Jesus or His ETERNAL, INCOMPARABLE Message.

There is still a small remnant who STANDS FOR TRUTH, and can distinguish right from wrong.

And woe is us if we EVER ABANDON JESUS and His Gospel!

LOST OBJECTIVITY

“PRIDE COMES BEFORE DESTRUCTION, and AN ARROGANT SPIRIT before a fall.” (Proverbs 16:18)

“Enter the rock and hide in the dust from the terror of the LORD and from the splendor of His majesty.

The proud look of man will be abased and the loftiness of man will be humbled, And THE LORD ALONE WILL BE EXALTED IN THAT DAY.

For THE LORD OF HOSTS WILL HAVE A DAY OF RECKONING AGAINST EVERYONE WHO IS PROUD AND LOFTY AND AGAINST EVERYONE WHO IS LIFTED UP, THAT HE MAY BE ABASED.” (Isaiah 2:10-12)

“Woe to those WHO CALL EVIL GOOD, AND GOOD EVIL; WHO SUBSTITUTE DARKNESS FOR LIGHT AND LIGHT FOR DARKNESS; Who substitute bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!

Woe to those WHO ARE WISE IN THEIR OWN EYES AND CLEVER IN THEIR OWN SIGHT!” (Isaiah Isaiah 5:20-21)

That the mainstream media has lost ALL objectivity is clearly seen in its daily, biased attacks against Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, and its tireless defense of Hillary’s INDEFENSIBLE lies, cover-ups and corruption.

Though some of his past problems have been of his own making, it seems Mr. Trump can’t do or say ANYTHING right.

Conversely, it seems like Hillary CAN DO ANYTHING, and GET AWAY WITH anything, and NOTHING she does or says -- even compromising classified information and lying under oath -- is ever wrong.

However, nowhere was this blatant bias more evident that in the recent Louisiana floods.

In a catastrophe reminiscent of Katrina, Baton Rouge was flooded due to heavy and prolonged rains, and most homes and their contents ruined.

People had to leave their homes and most of their belongings behind, and sleep wherever they could, often out in the open.

Everyone remembers how in 2005 then President George W. Bush WAS SAVAGED IN THE MEDIA for his alleged “indifference” to the Katrina victims.

We can argue about whether the situation could have been handled better by the federal government during Katrina, however, Bush flew over to see the damage THE VERY NEXT DAY, and at least sent his FEMA Director Michael Brown (“Brownie”) right away to provide aid.

Say what you will about Trump, but he was there the next day and he didn’t come empty handed.

Meanwhile, it took President Obama, WHO WAS PLAYING GOLF at the Hamptons, SIX WHOLE DAYS to even deign visit the region.

Can you imagine if it had been Bush or any other Republican?

We’d NEVER HEAR THE END of it!!!

Yet NOT ONE WORD of complaint or criticism in the media about Obama’s OBVIOUS indifference.

When asked about it he coolly replied that he’d be “out of there (meaning the White House) in 5 months”.

Some of us are counting not the days, but THE MINUTES, Missing President.

How CALLOUS and incompetent can this guy get?

We also didn’t get to watch endless replays of Kanye the thug saying that “Obama doesn’t care about black people”, as he infamously said about G.W. Bush.

And, by the way, WHERE WAS “Black Lives Matter” in all this?

ALL LIVES matter, whether they’re black, white, yellow or green.

ALL LIVES matter, whether they’re born or UNBORN.

Do they matter or DON’T THEY?

If they matter, then HOW COME this group was a NO-SHOW?

How come they DIDN’T PROTEST about Washington’s failure to aid the victims?

As for Hillary, she hasn’t even ACKNOWLEDGED the victims of this awful tragedy, let alone taken the time to visit, or offer any help.

You’d think with ALL THE MILLIONS she has raised (127 MILLION IN THE PAST MONTH ALONE), she’d contribute some of that to aid the victims.

WHAT do we hear about ANY OF THIS in the mainstream media?

STONE COLD SILENCE!

Is there a double-standard?

You might as well ask “is the sky blue”?

The self-deceived mainstream media has lost ALL objectivity and, therefore, ALL CREDIBILITY.

It’s TOTALLY DOMINATED by the Babylonian spirit.

As Americans, we can brag all we want about “freedom of speech”, and thank God that we still have it, albeit tenuously.

But when the so-called “FREE PRESS” refuses to fairly and accurately report the news, and IMPOSES SELECTIVE SELF-CENSORSHIP, you know this country’s in deep trouble.

Selective reporting isn’t freedom. It’s a form of tyranny.

THE PERFECT LAW

"The Law of the Lord IS PERFECT, CONVERTING THE SOUL (Psalm 19:7).

The Law given to Moses at Sinai is NOT perfect.

Therefore it CANNOT MAKE ANYONE perfect.

Therefore, it CANNOT and DOES NOT save ANYONE.

It CANNOT CONVERT anyone or make them born-again.

There is, however, A PERFECT LAW.

A Law, as we read above, that CONVERTS the human soul making us born-again.

That PERFECT Law is Divine Love.

Jesus IS Divine Love (John 3:16; 1 John 4:16).

That PERFECT Law is Jesus (God) Himself.

That is WHY ONLY JESUS saves.

That is WHY ONLY JESUS can give His OWN PERFECTION as A GIFT to those who RECEIVE HIM into their hearts, and trust Him.

Only Jesus can give His OWN Divine Nature (Love) to us AS A LOVE GIFT (2 Peter 1:4).

That is WHY ONLY JESUS will, at some point, MANIFEST HIS INFINITE PERFECTION (His PERFECT Love) IN and THROUGH US.

To Him be ALL the glory for all the eons of eternity, world without end. Amen.

Christians are NOT expected to "perform" in order to win God's favor.

We HAVE His favor, from the moment we receive Christ into our hearts and He (Divine Love Personified) comes to LIVE IN us.

ALL that a Christian is asked to do is FOCUS ON THE JESUS THEY HAVE INSIDE, and ALLOW HIM (the INNER Christ) to think, speak, and act through us.

We must allow THE INNER JESUS TO BE "us".

We have THE FULFILLMENT OF GOD'S LAW, THE SUPREME AND PERFECT LAW, AND THE LAW GIVER HIMSELF, LIVING IN US.

Hence, despite our many sins, IN CHRIST we get off Scot free (Romans 8:1).

There is NO LAW AGAINST the Christ IN US (Galatians 5:23).

He is the Law GIVER, and GREATER than ANY Law INCLUDING the one He gave Israelites at Sinai.

That is WHY the ONLY "commandments" in His NEW Testament are TO LOVE - God and neighbor (Matthew 22:36-40).

Because when we love WE EXPRESS HIS DIVINE NATURE. (1 John 4:16) We manifest God Himself.

Divine Love IS the fulfillment of the Law (Romans 13:9-10).

Divine Love is GREATER than ANY Law ever given.

In order to walk in Divine Love, we must FOCUS ON the INNER Jesus, NOT on "commandments" performed OUTWARDLY.

Greater love has no man than this that HE LAY DOWN HIS LIFE for his friends (John 15:13).

We must follow Jesus' example and LAY DOWN OUR LIVES VOLUNTARILY so that His Life, which is ETERNAL and PERFECT may manifest in us (1 John 3:16).

Divine Love (Jesus) CREATED us (John 1:1-3).

Divine Love (Jesus) SAVED us (John 3:16).

JESUS (Love) IS THE GREATEST LAW in the universe.

WHO IS GOG?

Israel's invaders during the Battle of Gog and Magog are clearly mentioned in Ezekiel chapter 38:3-6:

Magog, Mesech, Tubal (Russia), Persia (Iran), Cush (Iraq), Put (Libya), Gomer with all its bands (Germany and portions of Eastern Europe) and the House of Togarmah (Turkey).

These are all listed in the so-called Table of Nations in Genesis 10:2-3 as descendants of Japheth, Noah's youngest son.

Additionally, Josephus mentions the Magogites as being the Scythians who settled in the area north of the Black Sea, or what we know today as southwestern Russia.

The only remaining question is who is this cryptic character mentioned in that chapter by the name of Gog?

If we believe our Kabbalistic friends he's none other than former President George W. Bush, because his name contains the letters "G" "O" "G".

Of course, those same Kabbalistic practitioners also claim that former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert is the Antichrist, or Armilus, purely because certain letters like "r", "m" and "l" are found in his name.

I have a ONE-WORD COMMENT on both those theories: BALONEY!

Ezekiel 38:2 describes THE REAL Gog as "the chief prince" or "HEAD" (rosh) of Magog, Mesech and Tubal, which comprise modern Russia.

In 38:3 and 39:1 God flat-out says He is "AGAINST" (ANTI) Gog.

In 38:4, He tells Gog:

"I will BRING YOU BACK, put hooks into your jaws and BRING YOU OUT".

Out of where? Out of the ABYSS, of course, where satan has just spent THE PAST 1,000 YEARS (Revelation 20:1-3).

That's right: Gog is NONE OTHER THAN satan.

God is saying that after satan has served his sentence of 1,000 years (during the Millennium) in the abyss, He will "put hooks into his jaws" and BRING SATAN BACK for "a little time" (Revelation 20:3) OUT OF THE PIT.

The expression “put hooks in your jaws” as in FISHING is ENTIRELY APPROPRIATE since the bottomless pit or abyss is a place located DEEP under the sea.

That Gog (darkness) is satan is proven beyond doubt by Revelation 20:7-10 which clearly says these nations are roused to invade Israel by satan as soon as he is released from the abyss.

Satan will make one FINAL attempt to topple God's Kingdom by rousing these nations against Israel, and against Christ, who will be ruling in and from Jerusalem.

God is light. In Him is NO DARKNESS at all. The word Gog in Sumerian means "darkness": an apt name for satan if there ever was one.

It was satan who covered the earth in darkness after his rebellion, as we read in Genesis 1:2, and made it formless and empty.

It's satan who brought and brings spiritual darkness, and all manner of evil, into this world.

Moreover, Revelation 20:7-9 UNDISPUTEDLY TELLS US it's satan who will incite these nations to coalesce and attack Israel, when he's FISHED OUT OF the pit.

After Gog (satan) fails in his final bid to topple the Kingdom of God, he's sent FOREVER into the lake of fire (Revelation 20:10).

God, in His great mercy, allows satan 1,000 years in the pit to mull over his attitude. God, in His great mercy, gives satan PLENTY OF TIME TO REPENT.

When satan finally comes out of the abyss, HE'S NOT ONLY UNREPENTANT, BUT MORE DETERMINED THAN EVER TO REBEL against God.

I’m not nearly as merciful as God. Frankly, the lake of fire is where the creep should have been all along.

GOG AND MAGOG

The battle of Gog and Magog is mentioned ONLY TWICE in the Bible: Ezekiel chapters 38 and 39, and Revelation 20:7-10.

These are some of the most grossly misrepresented passages in Scripture.

The three prevailing views in the prophecy establishment are:

1. That it takes place as the tribulation begins, because of the 7 years mentioned in Ezekiel 39:9.

2. That it takes place in the "middle of" the tribulation.

3. That it takes place at THE END OF the tribulation.

ALL THREE VIEWS ARE WRONG.

This battle, as clearly stated in Revelation 20:7-10, takes place AT THE END OF the Millennium.

And the tribulation, ACCORDING TO JESUS, lasts 3½ years, NOT 7 (Daniel 12:7).

Those who claim these are TWO DIFFERENT battles of Gog and Magog, DON'T KNOW anything.

If they KNEW, they wouldn't SPECULATE.

1. The setting for both passages is the Millennium: Ezekiel 38:11 (God speaking) says that Gog will have an evil thought:

"And you shall say, I will go up to the land of UNWALLED VILLAGES; I will go to them that are AT REST, that DWELL SAFELY, all of them dwelling WITHOUT WALLS, and having NEITHER BARS NOR GATES".

This indicates ABSOLUTE, TOTAL SECURITY. Can anyone in their right mind EVEN REMOTELY apply such statement to the modern State of Israel?

When there are NUMEROUS WALLS AND FENCES that they've erected to curtail terrorism?

Can anyone say they are "at rest" when they live under CONSTANT THREAT from Hezbollah in the North and Hamas in the South, not to mention Iran's stated desire to "wipe them off the map"?

When its citizens are often assaulted, stabbed, murdered, stoned, abducted, and when rockets are fired against them almost daily?

That description ALONE, would convince any logical person that this war COULDN'T POSSIBLY take place in our time.

The ONLY TIME when Israel will enjoy such complete security is DURING THE MILLENNIUM, when Jesus Himself, will rule from Jerusalem, and be THEIR ULTIMATE PROTECTION. Amen.

2. Ezekiel 38:4, 15 clearly describe an army RIDING HORSES.

If this war took place in our time, wouldn't they use tanks, planes, ships, missiles, drones, helicopters, and OTHER SOPHISTICATED MILITARY MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION?

3. Ezekiel 38:4, 5 and 39:9 are VERY EXPLICIT about THE TYPES OF WEAPONS the invaders will use: bucklers, shields, helmets, swords, bows, arrows, clubs and spears.

If this war took place in our time, WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD THE INVADERS USE SUCH PRIMITIVE WEAPONS?

Especially in light of the ENORMOUS, state of the art, military prowess that Russia presently possesses?

It makes NO SENSE whatsoever.

4. At the end of the Millennium, on the other hand, it makes TOTAL SENSE, since we know that during that wonderful era, with Jesus ruling the earth, "He will judge between the nations and will settle disputes for many peoples. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. NATION WILL NOT TAKE UP SWORD AGAINST NATION, NOR WILL THEY TRAIN FOR WAR ANYMORE" (Isaiah 2:4).
