Vegetative  reproduction  -  asexual  reproduction,  which  is  based  on  the  plant's  ability  to 
regenerate  by  means  of  vegetative  organs.  The  natural  forms  of  vegetative  propagation  are 
budding and fragmentation, to the artificial - cuttings and grafting. 
Vegetative  cells  -  one  of  the  germinating  pollen  cells,  forming  a  pollen  tube.  The 
vegetative cell is not involved in fertilization. 
Vegetative  kernel  -  the  core  of  the  pollen  cells  located  at  its  end,  growing  after 
fertilization. 
Vegetative organs of plants - part of the plant performing the basic functions of nutrition 
and  metabolism  with  the  environment.  By  vegetative  organs  are:  leafy  shoots  that  ensure 
photosynthesis; roots, providing water and mineral nutrition.
