CopyFX Roles 
2.1
 
For the purpose of copying trading operations from their own account to other accounts, a Client 
should set mandatory Conditions on any of their suitable "
Metatrader 4
", "
Metatrader 5
" or "R 
StocksTrader" accounts via the CopyFX control interface. 
2.2
 
For the purposes of the Terms of Use of CopyFX, a user that has set Conditions for making copying from 
their account possible will be referred to as a “Trader”. 
2.3
 
For the purposes of the Terms of Use of CopyFX, a user that has made a Subscription to any Trader's 
Conditions will be referred to as an “Investor”. 
2.4
 
A Trader’s transactions are copied to an Investor's accounts when a Subscription is entered. 
2.5
 
A Client has the right to have only one active set of Conditions per each of their accounts, and not more 
than 200 accounts with active Conditions. 
2.6
 
For the MetaTrader 4 trading platform, only a real trading account that was initially registered with a 
"CopyFX-Trader" type is suitable for setting Conditions.

An existing MetaTrader 4 real account that was not initially registered with a "CopyFX-Trader" type

cannot be converted into a "CopyFX-Trader" type afterwards. 
2.8
 
In order to copy trading operations from a Trader’s account to their own account, the Client should 
subscribe to a Trader via the CopyFX control interface. 
2.9
 
For the purpose of making a Subscription, sending a Request, and copying trading operations from a 
Trader's "MetaTrader 4" account to their own account, a Client can use any “MetaTrader 4” real account, 
except for accounts initially registered with a "CopyFX-Trader" type. 
2.10
 
For the purpose of making a Subscription and copying trading operations from a Trader's "MetaTrader 
5" account to their own account, a Client can use any “MetaTrader 5” real account registered in a hedging 
model. 
2.11
 
For the purpose of making a Subscription and copying trading operations from a Trader's "R 
StocksTrader" account to their own account, a Client can use any “R StocksTrader” real account registered 
in a hedging model. 
2.12
 
It is not possible to make a Subscription with an account registered on a trading platform to an 
account registered on another, different trading platform. Only accounts registered on the same trading 
platform as a Trader's account are suitable for entering a Subscription. 
2.13
 
There can only be one active Subscription for each Investor's account to a particular Trader's account 
at any given moment in time. An existing Subscription must be finished before subscribing to the same 
CopyFX-Trader account again.
