Objective: to improve the pupils’ writing skills 

Time :5minutes 

Materials: handouts 

Interaction :whole group 

Procedure: Teacher distributes the handouts ”Animals actions” to the pupils. 

They should complete the handouts with the appropriate action to the picture. 

 

Activity 4: Play Music box 

Objective: to consolidate all the learnt material 

Time :5 minutes 

 Materials : a box and flashcards 

 Interaction: whole group

Procedure: For  this game  teacher should prepare a box with the animal’s 

flashcards in it . Pupils will pass that box to each other under the music and if 

the music stops, the pupil who is holding the box at that moment will take  a 

flashcard of an animal and then he/she should describe an animal as an 

example:. 

“ This is a cat. Cats are small animals .They are white  ,black, grey and 

brown. Cats can run, jump,  and climb.” 

Conclusion:4minutes 

1.  Assess the pupils according to their answer 

2.  Homework:   

Teacher asks the pupils to look at the homework , reads the example text 

about tigers and   explains  that they must write similar texts for lions and 

crocodiles.
