Remarks

11.1. change_listener_par()
change_listener_par(,
)
Changes the parameters of the

callback. It can be used
in every callback.

The signal to be changed, can be either:
$NI_SIGNAL_TIMER_MS
$NI_SIGNAL_TIMER_BEAT
Dependent on the specified signal type:
$NI_SIGNAL_TIMER_MS
Time interval in microseconds
$NI_SIGNAL_TIMER_BEAT
Time interval in fractions of a beat/quarter note
