Conclusion on Chapter III.
Public diplomacy serves to increase the international position and image of Uzbekistan in South-East Asia, to increase the number of countries and peoples sympathetic to our country, and ultimately to strengthen peace and harmony in the region and the world. At this point, there is no doubt that the mutual friendship, strong and reliable cooperation of Uzbekistan with the countries of Vietnam and Malaysia will bring our countries closer culturally and spiritually and serve as an important basis for achieving economic development.
The facts, evidence, legal documents, and extensive relations in various spheres of cooperation show how the public diplomacy relations established by Uzbekistan with the countries of Vietnam and Malaysia have yielded practical results and high results. The wide public participation of Uzbekistan in the socio-humanitarian, trade-economic, cultural-educational, scientific-technical, educational, and tourism cooperation between Uzbekistan and these two countries further strengthens the public diplomacy relations.
It is necessary to pay special attention to a number of aspects in bringing the public diplomacy relations of Uzbekistan with the countries of Vietnam and Malaysia to a new level. Including:
Firstly, the South-East Asian direction of the economic diplomacy of the Republic of Uzbekistan with its potential, variety of forms and directions has great prospects in the future and it is inevitable that it will help to implement reforms in our country.
Secondly, Uzbekistan is giving a new impetus to the development of the trade-economic, transport and energy sectors in the region. Malaysia, a time-tested reliable partner of our country, also plays an important role in strengthening the cooperation of Central Asia with the countries of the Asia-Pacific region. Also, Uzbekistan can act as a "hub" for the delivery of Malaysian products to the markets of Central Asia and the CIS.Thirdly, cultural institutions, public organizations and associations in our republic play a major role in the cultural relations between Uzbekistan and the countries of Vietnam and Malaysia. Through their activities, they make a great contribution to the cultural and spiritual development of the peoples of the world. However, the analysis of materials related to cultural-spiritual relations between the peoples of Uzbekistan and Malaysia shows that, along with many positive actions in this field of mutual cooperation, there are also untapped opportunities.
In the development of cultural cooperation between Uzbekistan and Malaysia, it is necessary to further develop pilgrimage tourism. However, Uzbekistan and Malaysia, home to ancient history, rich culture, and many rare architectural monuments, are countries that can charm tourists. At the same time, the needs of Uzbek tourists who intend to travel to Malaysia should not be overlooked. This would have created an opportunity for the people of the two countries to become more aware of the changes taking place in each other's political, socio-economic and cultural-spiritual spheres.
Despite these aspects of the countries' cultural cooperation, these relations are expanding year by year, serving to develop interstate relations and strengthen trust and friendship between our peoples. The analysis of the issues of cultural cooperation between the peoples of Uzbekistan, Vietnam and Malaysia shows that cultural relations, which are considered public diplomacy, make a worthy contribution to the strengthening and expansion of comprehensive interstate relations.
Fraternal ties are an effective public diplomacy network in the development of Uzbekistan's relations with the world community. Therefore, the role of fraternal relations in the foreign policy of the country is seen in the service of bringing peoples and regions closer together.
It is important to establish new fraternal ties based on the internal capabilities and potential of the regions. In particular, it is necessary to consider the possibilities of establishing fraternal relations with the cities and regions of Malaysia and Vietnam. Vietnam is a country with rich experience in agriculture. Especially in the field of fishing, a unique aquaculture has been formed in Vietnam, and today Vietnamese fish farming technology is used in about 10 regions of Uzbekistan. Establishing fraternal relations with Vietnam's regions specializing in fishing can bring positive results in the future to provide Uzbekistan with fish and fish products.
