The graph given provides us with the information driven from the data of total 
exported cars of the UzAuto Motors during the period from 2018 till 2019 and forecast of 
2020+. It can be seen from the graph that this particular indicator had experienced a stable 
growth onwards till the end of 2018. To be more precise the Uzbekinvest Company had a 
total amount of export standing at around $25,5 million in 2018 which positively climbed 
up to $71,4 million in 2019, however there is no precise prediction of how much is going 
to be export amount for 2020 since the whole world is surviving the severe disease, 
COVID-19.

period between 2018 and 2020+. As is shown by the graph the overall trend experienced a 
considerable increase onwards. To be more precise, starting from the point of just over 
115 billion UZS, the trend climbed up to around 1 670 billion UZS, which is almost more 
than 15 times, and again there is huge global problem COVID 19 that may unfortunately 
negatively effect on these numbers compare to previous year. (See Figure 10)

The given graph represents the information about accumulated loss of 
UzaAvtosanoat Company from 2018 to 2019. It is apparent from the particular figure that 
the Company had experienced a huge decrease of accumulated loss. To be more 
particular, standing at approximately 2 410bln UZS in 2018 there was a drop to the point 
of around 739,74bln UZS in 2019. To sum up, it is obvious that as UzAuto Motors 
Company is fully owned by government, the progressive development of the company 
would play essential role in the economy of Uzbekistan.
In terms of benefits for states in which they operate, there are advantages such as 
unemployment decreasing, the rise of economy, the arrival of new technologies and 
scientific and technological development. As an example, GM Uzbekistan right now 
utilizes around 8,000 laborers. Estimating 178 sections of land (72 ha), the plant has 
ability to create around 250,000 vehicles per year. These numbers are proof of decreasing 
unemployment rate. According to OEC (2019), Uzbekistan has exported cars to other 
countries, which worth 71.4 million dollars and these indicators mean that Uzbekistan has 
obtained hard currency of 71.4 million dollars. As it was mentioned already, because of 
the new technological developments, GM Uzbekistan attempts to increase the volume of 
manufacturing high –class cars in order to satisfy the need of customers and to expand the 
models of car including Tahoe, Blazer, Traverse and so on. 
On the other hand, there is one wise proverb that every coin has two sides; therefore, 
previous GM Uzbekistan (UzAuto Motors) has negative impacts on Uzbekistan. Since the 
company focused to produce, more cars in order to export more, the quality of the cars 
become low. As a result, as indicated by Russia's RIA Novosti news organization, Uzbek 
vehicle fares to Russia fell 38 percent to 31,182 units in the principal half of 2013, 
contrasted and a similar period a year ago. Uzbekistan nearly multiplied vehicle fares to 
5,720 units to Kazakhstan over a similar period, as per Gazeta.kz. In addition, GM
