I hope this reaches you in the best of health. I have been an active and loyal member of this club for three years. I am writing this email in response to your letter, which I have received recently. Initially, I am blissfully happy as you are asking my ideas and points. Concerning the letter, it is clear that members have to supervise one of the student and there are two options to choose a dance or field trip. I would like to express my satisfaction with this suggestion.
Since I am an energetic person, I will work with pleasure. I have a practical experience on travelling and I am able to organize different field trips. As an avid traveler, I can recommend to visit ancient cities, untouched historical places and museums. Moreover, travelling gives a great chance to widen the minds.
