Summary
There is no Politics without knowledge. Politics is both science and arts – that gives evidence in authority while dealing with it you should master management art. In order to find it’s own place in the field of modern global geopolitical and economic processes facts and phenomena Georgia should estimate and analyze the new realities. Historical experience and the style of nation’s living are of crucial importance. Hence national interests represent socio-historical phenomena which can’t exist separately from nation’s awareness.
Dynamics of a political reality and creation will of the political figures constantly change everything. In world politics there are numerous successful and unsuccessful attempts proceeding from national interests to change the world.
The success depends on creative management that in its turn unites values of political tactics and scientific methodology.
We consider the method of scientific management means a method of spatial thinking: the systematic analysis of the political, economic, geographical, military factors and projecting potential of state on a global scale.
According to the principles of political realities the influence of political leader’s outlook and ideology is an unacceptable factor. Politics should be emotionally balanced, objective and rational. This requires difference between the desired and the actual estimation of the degree of the acceptability in time and space.
