programme lasts 3 years, and theoretical matters are taught in the classroom, 

complemented with practice. To be admitted to this programme, he had to have 

completed secondary school. Every year he must sit for an examination that 

gives access to the next year. The programme is recognised by the relevant 

national education or equivalent authorities. At the end, the organisation gives a 

qualification in French cuisine with the title of "French cuisine Chef".
