50.3.1 Charlotte and Hugo are talking about what they did last summer.

Charlotte: Did you go anywhere nice last summer vacation?

Hugo: Actually, I went out to the Sahara.

Charlotte:  Really?  That  must  have  been  cool.  Well,  hot,  of  course,  but

cool. Oh, you know what I mean!

Hugo: Yes. It was hot… and cool.

Charlotte: What did you do there?

Hugo:  Oh,  the  usual.  I  rode  on  a  camel  and  stayed  with  Bedouins  in  a

tent.

Charlotte: Cool! I wish I could try something like that, but I’m broke.
