Description of the problem 
According to research, TV production will be stopped in the near future. Therefore, it is possible to give several 
examples. First,as a result of our research we learnt that the reserves of the Indium (In) element used in LCD and LED 
screens will be depleted. As we know, LCD and LED screens have a layer of liquid crystals on both sides, which makes 
them difficult to regenerate after a shock. Evaluating this fact, we propose the production of an additional shock-resistant 
protective layer for LCD and LED screens - a protective layer that protects the human eye from radiation.
