The norms for assessing the innovative activity of industrial enterprises are as follows: the level 

of  scientific  potential  of  an  industrial  enterprise;  the  level  of  availability  of  information  and 

science achievements; competitive developments that ensure the achievement of the purpose of 

an industrial  enterprise.  Proceeding from the above, taking into account  the specifics  of the oil 

and gas industry (capital, stock and labor capacity), which is considered an object of research, in 

our opinion, industrial enterprises can be classified into three norms that represent the scientific 

potential of the enterprise, the degree of modernization and labor productivity of the enterprise, 

as well as the degree of competitiveness of the

The  level  of  scientific  potential  of  industrial  enterprises  interprets  the  introduction  into  the 

production  of  the  results  of  research  work.  The  level  of  scientific  potential  of  enterprises  in 

Bunda  can  be  determined  in  view  of  the  ratio  of  innovative  operating  costs  to  total  production
