   Please read the article by Kerra Maddern “How to develop teacher presence and command attention in class” and write your reflections on the role of teacher’s presence in the effective classroom.
   

According to the author Kerra Maddern’s opinion teachers should play a great role in a classroom, definitely: whatever their personal style, all teachers are performers and the classroom is their stage. However, success of each teacher can depend on the kind of show they put on. With the article the author try to find answer to this question:
Why do some teachers struggle to control a class while others manage to get a lesson flowing seamlessly with apparently little effort?

It is true fact that the author is completely right with the words and situations. All the advices and the ways recommended by her is really useful and I consider that each teacher should know them. Actually, here all needs of teachers were mentioned. However, this article will be useful when used, so I would love to restate some cases from that work: being attentive to each student and action, always be ready to motivate the pupils, being easy-going, physical activeness, and all the others. When the teacher think of his students he will be ready to learn more than he gives, he will try to broaden his knowledge area in each minute, hour and a day. But in this article we will see real process of lesson and of course we can imagine and compare with ours. Here unwritten rules of classroom are shown with the good order. Hence this work can be rated with high mark.

To sum up, I will highly recommend to read this article both as a teacher and a student. Because if you are a teacher then you will know how to be an effective one in your career and work, if you are a student, then you will be able to differentiate teachers like who is real perfect one or not.

   Reminisce your past education years and match with the teacher’s presence following article (write your findings)
   

I can easily said that Mr. Jack is perfect teacher in my education life. I can say that his lessons were so attractive. Because he knew how to encourage, motivate the students. Maybe so he tried to help us, lead us straight, and we also accepted her as a leader. Moreover, we held first international conference in pour institute.
And I can add some of my teachers to the list of perfect teachers I have ever met and took classes from them, but unfortunately not all. After reading above article I am able to create an image of real perfect teacher, motivator, and of course educator. So you may see my poems even in English version now. The fact that we have to think of all kind of children, because some of them cannot do or understand, in other word they completely believe in their teacher with their whole heart. I do not know what to say such teachers… but I will try not to be like them!
To conclude not all teachers and people are the same and it is impossible to be like that. But we can create the image of ideal ones and we can follow.
