* Must provide your own tent. The event will be located outside within the park. You are welcome to bring additional tables, should you need it.

** There will be NO electric service provided.
A check must accompany this form to hold your position as they are very limited. Your name will be on the table when you arrive.
Crafters must commit to stay till at least 7:00 PM, as access in and out of the park will be extremely limited. No vehicles will be permitted in the park field (area of event) during the event hours.
We also request that you donate one item of your choice to the Chinese Auction by noon on event day as we have to set up the Chinese Auction before 1:00 PM.
