 is Director of the Institute of Health and Medical 
Statistics under the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan.
Shahin Huseynov
 is Technical Officer at the WHO Regional Office for Europe 
and focal point for Vaccine Preventable Diseases and Immunization for the 
central Asian countries and Kazakhstan. 
Elena Tsoyi
 is National Professional Officer at the WHO Country Office in 
Uzbekistan where she is responsible for noncommunicable diseases and health 
systems strengthening. 
Bernd Rechel
 is Researcher at the European Observatory on Health Systems 
and Policies and Honorary Senior Lecturer at the London School of Hygiene
