To what extend do you agree or disagree ?
In this modern world, we can see significant integration between men and women in their jobs. So it is argued that all kind of works can be done by male and female identically. I totally disagree with this statement as men cannot bring up a child and women have physical inability to do heavy works.
The first reason for my resistance is mothers play a key role in the period of upbringing. There is no doubt that babies are tent to be more needles to their mothers as males cannot give material love to their kids. Moreover, in most countries, men are responsible for feeding their family. So they must work more than the opposite gender. Consequently, fathers cannot free enough time to spend with their children. Thus, mothers are considered more suitable to upbringing babies.
Secondly, some works, such as construction buildings, shipping, unloading, are accomplished only by males naturally. Although, special machines are used for lifting or setting heavy blocks, physical power is required regularly. For example, we cannot hire lifting equipment while we are building small houses as the rent of the technics costs rather expensive. Therefore, people have to lift blocks themselves and females are considered unsuitable physically. Furthermore, owners of constructing companies do not offer any jobs to women in the field of structure except from office works. So males search for other professions that fit them naturally.
To sum up, although, nowadays it is common to see job integration between both genders, I am for the ide that some works mentioned above cannot be replaced by their real performers.
