LAW OF TREATIES 
THE REFERENCE 
 
This  reference  has  been  developed  by  Tashkent  State  Law  University  according  to  the 
modular  program  -  "Law  of  treaties".  In  the  reference,  the  following  questions  were  investigated: 
the  concept  of  international  treaties,  the  sources,  the  object  and  the  purpose,  the  classification  of 
treaties,  their  forms,  structure  and  the  name  of  international  treaties,  the  entry  into  force, 
termination,  suspension,  methods  of  enforcement  of  international  treaties  and  others.  In  addition, 
there  were  taken  up  questions  of  the  role  of  the  Republic  of  Uzbekistan  in  the  international 
relations,  and  realization  of  initiatives  at  execution  of  international  treaties.  (Authors  -

The  reference  is  prepared  in  the  Latin  alphabet  and  intended  for  scientists,  experts  of  the 
judicial  and  legal  sphere  and  law  students  of  the  University,  as  well  as  all  readers  interested  in 
international law and international relations, in particular, the law of treaties.
